Tegoroczna edycja imprezy rozpoczęła się 26 maja, zawitała do 5 różnych dzielnic Sosnowca i trwała aż do niedzieli 1 czerwca. Tradycyjnie, finał Tygodnia Dziecka odbył się 2 czerwca na Górce Środulskiej.
W tym roku na najmłodszych mieszkańców Sosnowca czekały animacje, gry i zabawy powiązane z konkretnymi bajkami. Pierwszego dnia, do dyspozycji dzieci był także animator posługujący się językiem polskim i ukraińskim.
Ponadto, podczas finału można było podziwiać stanowiska reprezentujące kraje lub kontynenty, nawiązujące do popularnych bajek, na których odbywały się zabawy i animacje, były to m.in. “Pocahontas” (USA), “CoCo’ (Meksyk), “Mulan” (Chiny), “Alladyn” (Indie/Bliski Wschód), “Król Lew” (Afryka), “Vaiana” (Australia).

Warsztaty odbyły się w ramach akcji “Sosnowiec – miasto wielu kultur” i europejskiego projektu WELDI, którego partnerem jest Miasto Sosnowiec.
ENG: Sosnowiec Children’s Week is behind us!
This year’s edition of the event started on 26 May, visited 5 different districts of Sosnowiec and lasted until Sunday 1 June. Traditionally, the finale of the Children’s Week took place on 2 June at Górka Środulska.
This year, animations, games and activities linked to specific fairy tales awaited the youngest inhabitants of Sosnowiec. On the first day, an animator speaking Polish and Ukrainian was also at the children’s disposal.
In addition, during the finale, it was possible to admire stands representing countries or continents, referring to popular fairy tales, where games and animations took place; these included ‘Pocahontas’ (USA), ‘CoCo’ (Mexico), ‘Mulan’ (China), ‘Alladin’ (India/Middle East), ‘The Lion King’ (Africa), ‘Vaiana’ (Australia).
